Warranty Policy

First In Finishing Warranty Policy

The Following Warranty applies provided that the equipment purchased, has been used and maintained in accordance with the Operating Manual provided with equipment by First In Finishing, and that the equipment has been used and maintained under normal operating conditions.

 

Warranty Duration

 

Manual Equipment: 12 Months following date of purchase of qualifying equipment, (Common Examples: Spray Guy, Control Unit) First In Finishing will replace or repair any defective parts or components in material or craftsmanship.

 

Replacement Parts

 

Powder Guns & Control Units

​

Replacement guns or gun parts, circuit boards or components, will be included in the warranty. First In Finishing will replace or repair any defective parts or components in material or craftsmanship.

 

Repairs

 

For 12 months following the completion date of a repair, First In Finishing will replace or repair any defective parts or components in material or craftsmanship.

 

All Other Parts

 

For 12 months, All Other Parts, First In Finishing will replace or repair any defective parts or components in material or craftsmanship. Items such as Nozzles, Electrodes, Deflectors, O-Rings, Seals, Gaskets, Filters, Gun Cables, ETC are considered normal wear items. The Warranty only applies to these items if they fail due to material or craftsmanship.

 

Warranty Exclusions

 

*Excluded from this Warranty is normal wear and tear. Also, misuse, negligence, accident, incorrect installation by the Purchaser, corrosion, improper storage, tampering or modifying to conflict with normal operation. Labor is also excluded from this Warranty.

 

*Equipment or Parts returned for Warranty Repair or Replacement, will be examined upon arrival of equipment. If examination concludes that damage falls outside the range of this Warranty Agreement, Repairs or Replacement Parts will be made at a charge.
