Service Team
Our service team is fully equipped with everything they need to be able to assist you with any issues that arise they help with training, setup, general maintenance, and so much more. If you have purchased a complete powder coating line our service team along with some Electron techs will be there for the install to help ensure that you have a smooth transition with your new complete line.
System Repairs and Technical Issues
If you are having issues with any unit you may have whether it be Electron, Gema, etc... Our team is dedicated to assisting you in any endeavor first we will talk with you over the phone and see if we can talk you through the issue at hand and get it figured out so that you can get up and running again. Secondly if that does not fix the issue then we will have you send your unit in so our team give it a look and run test on it to ensure what the issue is and fix it for you if you send in your unit it will become our top priority we know how frustrating it is to have to stop production for issues and have downtime so we will do everything in out power to get your unit back to you quickly.
Refurbished Gema
We refurbish used Gema equipment we will purchase used Gema equipment and our team will clean the system and run test to ensure that the system is working as it should. During equipment refurbishment, third party parts and components may often be utilized to refurbish the system
