Boxfeed Configuration: The OptiFlex Pro B is a mobile, boxfeed system mounted on a rolling cart. You place your powder box directly onto the vibrating table, and the suction/pickup tube pulls draws powder straight from it and sprays. The vibrating table settles and funnels the powder while the fluidizing pikcup tube keeps it in a smooth, consistent state for even application. This setup allows for quick and easy color changes while keeping the whole system compact and mobile.
OptiStar CG21 Control Unit The control unit is the main "brains" of the system, ultimately controlling the high voltage and powder output. Here are a few notable features of the control unit:
