Boxfeed Configuration:
The Electron +3 Master M (Multicolor) is a boxfeed-capable system. This means you place the powder, in the box you buy it in, directly on the system and spray straight out of it. This is due to the angled vibrating table, which funnels the powder to a corner of the box, where the pickup tube then sucks it up and sprays it. This boxfeed setup allows for quick and easy color changes while being the most versatile system you can get.
 
Electron +3 Master Control Unit
The control unit is the main "brains" of the system, ultimately controlling the high voltage and powder output. Here are a few notable features of the control unit:
- LCD digital screen to allow easy setup and control of all powder coating parameters.
- Bluetooth application allows control of the Electron powder coating system via your phone.
- 4 pre-programmed factory electrostatic high voltage settings: flat/straight-faced parts, two-coat/recoat parts, and complicated/notched parts.
- Power Boost Mode allows the Electron gun to deliver 120 kV / 120 µA for high first-pass transfer efficiency.
- Micro-charge feedback is automatically engaged when coating complex geometries below 10 micro amps.
- 50 custom programs/recipes (4 of the 50 are pre-programmed) for individualized settings of high voltage, current, and powder delivery for a specific customer's parts.

- Powder transfer air: 0-100%, and powder assist air: 0-6.6, adjustable via electro-pneumatic valve technology with internal closed-loop pressure control for accuracy and repeatability.
 
Electron +3 C1 Manual Gun
The manual gun is the handheld powder coating device used to apply the powder to parts. Here are a few notable features of the manual gun:
- Built-in LED light, controlled via the trigger or manually, to provide more light while powder coating.
- Fast Purge Mode enabled on the on-board remote control on the gun.
- Double-action trigger to switch between 2 preset programs/recipes.
- On-board remote control to change settings for powder transfer, assist air, high voltage, current control, and programs.
- Rinsing electrode air maintains constant low-pressure air at the tip of the electrode to eliminate any powder accumulation that reduces powder charging efficiency.
- 7 m (23 ft) of powder hose, rinsing line, and gun cable.
- Quick connect for the powder hose allows fast, easy cleaning of the powder hose and gun.
 
Electron V3 Powder Pump
The powder pump is the venturi-style air pump used to suck up and spray the powder out of the gun. Here are a few notable features of the Electron V3 powder pump:
- 45-degree angle pump allows for a softer, more consistent powder cloud, an upgrade over the previous 90-degree angle pump.
- 2-piece pump insert allows for cheaper replacement parts and the ability to rebuild the pump when needed.
- Color-coded air lines prevent confusion about how the air should be connected to the pump.
- Pump filters help prevent contaminants from getting into your powder and feature a duck-bill design that blocks air from traveling the wrong way.
