Barekit Configuration:
The Electron Pro V2 (Bare Kit) is our baseline +3 Master system.
This means the kit will include the Gun, Controller, pump and all your hoses and tubing but that's it. You will need to add either a hopper, boxfeed stand, application cup or some other add on in order to spray powder.
The barekits are most common with smaller coaters that don't run huge production but also completely plug and play with hopper and boxfeed stands.
This means you can use a barekit now and as your business grows the system is completely plug and play into a boxfeed system allowing you to increase production and ease of use.
Electron Pro V2 Controller:
-LED Display for easy visibility of KV and µA setpoint.
-Regulators to control the powder transfer and powder assist air. This offers a reliable and easy way to adjust the powder cloud output.
-Rotary control knob for quick electrostatics and program changing.
-Up to 50 customizable programs.
-3 Factory presets: 1 for first coat easier parts, 1 for recoat or multicoat parts, and 1 for a first coat on a more complex item
-Auxiliary control for hoppers boxfeed configurations.
Electron C2 Manual Gun:

Electron V2 Powder Pump
The powder pump is the venturi-style air pump used to suck up and spray the powder out of the gun. Here are a few notable features of the Electron V2 powder pump:
