Barekit Configuration:
The Electron +3 Master B (Barekit) is our baseline +3 Master system.
This means the kit will include the Gun, Controller, pump and all your hoses and tubing but that's it. You will need to add either a hopper, boxfeed stand, application cup or some other add on in order to spray powder.
The barekits are most common with smaller coaters that don't run huge production but also completely plug and play with hopper and boxfeed stands. 
This means you can use a barekit now and as your business grows the system is completely plug and play into a boxfeed system allowing you to increase production and ease of use.
 
Electron Pro+3 Controller:
- LED Display for easy visibility of kV and µA setpoint.
- Regulators to control the powder transfer and powder assist air. This offers a reliable and easy way to adjust the powder cloud output.
- Rotary control knob for quick Electrostatics and program changing.
- Up to 50 customizable programs.
- 3 Factory presets: 1 for first coat easier parts, 1 for recoat or multicoat parts, and 1 for a first coat on a more complex item.
- Auxiliary control for hoppers and boxfeed configurations.
 
Electron +3 C2 Manual Gun:
- 100 kV Max output voltage.
- 100 µA Max output current.
- Built-in gun hook.
- Comes with flat spray and round jet/deflector nozzles.
- Rinsing air to keep the electrode cool and clean, allowing for a longer life for the electrode.
- Quick connect for the powder hose allows fast and easy cleaning of the powder hose and gun.
- 7 m (23 ft) of powder hose, rinsing line, and gun cable.
 
Electron V3 Powder Pump:
- 45 degree angle pump allows for a softer, more consistent powder cloud. An upgrade over the previous 90 degree angle pump.
- 2 Piece pump insert allows for cheaper replacement parts and the ability to "Rebuild" the pump when needed.
- Color coded air lines prevent confusion as to how the air should be connected to the pump.
- Pump filters help prevent contaminants from getting into your powder and feature a duck bill design which blocks air from traveling backwards into the controller, preventing system damage when cleaning.
