Barekit Configuration:
The Electron V2 Master B (Barekit) is our baseline Master system.
This means the kit will include the Gun, Controller, pump and all your hoses and tubing but that’s it. You will need to add either hopper, boxfeed stand, application cup or some other add on in order to spray powder.
The barekits are most common with smaller coaters that don't run huge production but also completely plug and play with hopper and boxfeed stands.This means you can use a barekit now and as your business grows the system is completely plug and play into a boxfeed system allowing you to increase production and ease of us.
Electron V2 Master Control Unit
The control unit is the “brains” of the system, ultimately controlling the high voltage and powder output. Here are a few notable features of the control unit
-LCD digital screen to allow easy setup and control of all powder coating parameters.
-3 Pre-programmed factory electrostatic high voltage settings: flat/straight-faced parts, two-coat/recoat parts, and complicated/notched parts.
-50 custom programs/recipes (3 of 50 are pre-programmed) for individualized settings of high voltage, current, and powder delivery for a specific customer's parts.
-High voltage control: 10-100 Kv, adjustable to match the customers specific part profiles/shapes.
-Current Control: 2-100 µA, adjustable to match the customer's specific part profiles/shapes.
-Powder transfer air: 0-100%, and powder assist air: 0-6.6, adjustable via electro-pneumatic valve technology with internal closed-loop pressure control for accuracy and repeatability.
Electron V2 Manual Gun
The manual gun is a handheld powder coating device used to apply the powder to parts. Here are a few notable features of the manual gun:
-Fast Purge Mode enabled on the on-board remote control on the gun.
-Double-action trigger to switch between 2 preset programs/recipes.
-On-board remote control to change settings for powder transfer, assist air, high voltage, current control, and programs
-Rinsing Electrode air maintains constant low-pressure air at the tip of the electrode to eliminate any powder accumulation that reduces powder charging efficiency.
-7 m (23ft) of powder hose, rinsing line, and gun cable
-quick connect for the powder hose allows fast, easy cleaning of the powder hose and gun.
Electron V2 Powder Pump
The powder pump is the venturi-style air pump used to suck up and spray the powder out of the gun. Here are a few notable features of the Electron V2 powder pump:

-Color-coded air lines prevent confusion about how the air should be connected to the pump
-Pump filters help prevent contaminants from getting into your powder and feature a duckbill design that blocks air from traveling the wrong way.
